But for days when you're running out the door, I prefer Schick's new Intuition Plus razor, which is surrounded by a thick band of "Skin Conditioning Solid," and works as an instant razor/shaving-cream duo. The price tag ($8-9 at drugstores) is a bit steep, but it provides a surprisingly close shave in a snap. Not dropping the razor on your foot while fumbling with a can of shaving gel: Priceless.

3. Dehumidify. "You need some sort of product to coat your hair if it's going to withstand the humidity," Grippo says. For those who battle frizzy hair, she suggests Infusium 23's frizz-control products ($6 at Drugstore.com). Her recipe: two pumps of frizz control with two pumps of Infusium 23's leave-in conditioning treatment. For those of us with thin locks that turn lifeless in humidity, Grippo recommends Frederick Fekkai's full-volume mousse ($18.50 at Sephora stores).
